Assistant Director, Stewardship

  • Stewardship, including all fellowship/scholarship packets, coordinating endowment reports, etc.
  • Thank you letters, maintaining a system for different gift ranges, milestones, birthday cards, phone outreach
  • Comms help with Associate Director of Development

  • Phone outreach: Pre-Dean’s Associates, renewals, gift ty calls
  • Engagement opportunities menu: annual fund donors and others
  • Review event attendance and direct officers for follow up: come up with stewardship touchpoints for ways to engage: donor interviews, social media campaigns, lunches with fellowship recipients, students, or faculty as needed.
  • Social media philanthropic support: coordinate with comms
  • Endowment in action reports

  • Maintain 7-15 stewardship touches throughout the year for all giving levels
