Purchasing & Ordering
There are various ways to purchase goods and services at UCLA. The primary methods are via a Purchase Order (PO) and a PCARD (Procurement Credit Card). POs are processed in BruinBuy Plus, the UCLA Procurement System. The document below provides information on the items needed for some of the most commonly purchased items/categories.
